Chain Tag

Chain tag was one of the first ABL activities by class experienced. The aim of Chain Tag was to link arms with your team mates & tag everybody else that are left on the court. I feel as if the activity was to introduce us to each other & bring us more closer & just get use to each other in general.

Adventure Base-Learning

~ Adventure Base-Learning ~

Over the past 6 weeks, we have had 8 practical sessions & 4 theory sessions. Adventure Base Learning has been a fun influence on our PE sessions. I hope to do ABL in the future & it was really nice playing each game that the ABL influenced on our PE sessions.

Mat Volleyball

~ Mat Volleyball ~
Last week Friday my class & I had our last A.B.L (Adventure Based-Learning) with Mr. Cunard. The activity we played was "Mat Volleyball" the aim of the game was for two teams to have a mat each & each person in the two teams had to bounce the ball off from the mat over the line & over to the next teams mat. Basically this game is exactly identical to Volleyball the only difference is your not able to touch the ball with your hands but, with the mat your team was given.
